|5.00pm||When we think of hotels and restaurants, we think about places to eat, drink, and stay - but it's often the small details for which they'll be remembered. Many hospitality businesses now sell their own-brand bespoke products - including toiletries, candles, and soft furnishings - to enhance the guest experience, tap into extra revenue streams, and strengthen their brand. Jill Stein will be joined by Amanda Winwood, with whom she launched the Porthdune range last year, Tammy Barclay, Jill's retail buyer, and Ian Greaves from the St Eval Candle Co to discuss. Hosted by BBC Radio Cornwall's Daphne Skinnard.|

|12.00pm||The UK is a melting pot of multicultural cuisine, from takeaways at one end of the spectrum to fine dining restaurants at the other. Rick Stein and fellow panellists Paul Ainsworth, Mitch Tonks, and Matthew Fort will share their thoughts. Come and listen and give us your views. Compered by Brian Turner.|
