On the evening of Saturday 3rd December, the Sharp’s Chefs Theatre will be transformed for a very special dinner.
Sharp’s Brewery, Mentzendorff Wine Shippers, and some big-name chefs have come together to produce a five-course dinner with some very special drink pairings. The idea is to demonstrate how well beer can be paired with food alongside wine.
Phil Vickery (ITV, This Morning), José Pizarro (José Pizarro Restaurants), Glynn Purnell (Purnell’s Restaurant), Ken Symons (Kellyl Ha Gowl), and Henk Ferreira (The Halfway House and Treviskers) will each cook a course for the dinner. The Sharp’s Brewery beer sommelier Ed Hughes will provide the beer pairings, while the wine pairings are provided by Justin Liddle and Anthony Davis of Mentzendorff Wine Shippers.
A very limited number of tickets are available here, priced at £80 per person.
Timings:
18:30 – Champagne served on arrival.
19:00 – Dinner is served.
23:00 – Carriages.
